The FHA Hope for Home Owners Program has been updated since i did this video. Here are the most important adjustments:
1. Both 30 year and 40 Year amotization schedules for new loans.
2. FHA has changed the maxium loan amount to not to exceed 96.50% of the appraised value. The old value was 90%!
