If you need to have your loan modification completed immediately, we can do that for you.  We start by doing a loan modification evalutation to determine if you can become successful by submitting a loan modification package to your lender(s). The cost of this evaluation is only $495.00.   We do not charge heavy up front fees.  We would rather determine if we can help you instead of taking 1/2 of the typical fees charged. Most loan officers or loss mitigation specialists charge an average amount of  $3500 dollars to complete a loan modification.  We do it different!

First:  We conduct a "LOAN MODIFICATION EVALUATION" to determine the probability of success.  [$495.00] 

Second:  If we determine you should move forward with the loan modification, we will require that you send us a series of 3 payments in the amount of $750.00.

Payment 1:  $495,00 [Evalutation Fee]

Payment 2:  $750.00  [Paid at time we determine you would probably be successful in your loan modfication and need to move forward]

Payment 3:  $750.00  [you file will be submitted after this payment has been made]

Payment 4:  $750.00  [Final payment]

Notice that we change one total fee for services rendered. We do not charge homeowners based on the loan amount or house value. Most loan modification service providers charge based on the loan amount within a range of $2500.00 to $10,000.  We do not do that!

So, If your home loan amount is $150,000 or 1 million dollars, we charge only $2500 dollars.  That's a substantual savings to our clients.
