Welcome to the Site: This site has been developed for informational purposes.  It is our goal to help as many people as possible so they can contact their lenders get help with their loans.  If you are in foreclosure, near foreclosure or are making your housing payment but still need help, the information on this site could help you.

While there are some good folks helping people with loan modifications, these days, it has been shown that a majority of loan modifications to not provide a long term favorable result for homeowners. Be aware of loan modification representatives who require up front fees. Many states have guidelines which loan officers and real estate professionals are required to follow in order to help consumers.  Please do your homework to determine the requirements in your state.

We have many people who come to this site to get contact information for the loss mitigation departments within lending banks, across America.  Many consumers confuse the term "Loan Modification" with a regular FHA, VA , Conventional, Subprime or portfolio loan. A loan modification is different than a traditional mortgage loan.  Here is the defination of a loan modification.

Please visit the HopeforHomeownersProgram.org site to get additional information regarding solutions for consumers.  If you would like more information about the FHA Hope for Home Owners Program, please fill out the form below and we will get back to you.  Otherwise, you can visit the site and read or watch the videos and learn about  the FHA "Hope" program.  The FHA Hope for Homeowners Program has been active since October 2008 but it has not been delivered to the public thru any bank lending channels.  It's is our hope and expectations that it will in the near future.

Watch and listen to radio and television for updates to this program Presiden Obama is working with the lenders and politicians to make adjustments to the program to make it more favorable to the investors, banks and the homeowners.

Do not confuse the Freddie Mac or Fannie Mae solutions which the president will deliver on March 4th, 2008.  Those solutions are different from the FHA Hope for Homeowners program.

In any case, we wish you all the best in your efforts to correct your mortgage lending challenges and lets all get American back to prosperity!
